The heart chakra is situated in the centre of the chest, just slightly above the heart. Its colour is green and it represents the air element. It is associated with the etheric field in the aura, which governs our relationships with ourselves and others individually, collectively, and universally. The heart chakra enables us to experience, share, and receive love (including higher or divine love), compassion, and forgiveness. It helps us to connect with and sense the essence of nature and to feel more in tune with the plant and animal world. Related organs and parts of the body are the physical heart, the lungs, the famous, circulation, the metabolic rate, the bronchial tubes, and, in part, the endocrine and immune systems.
When a heart chakra is balanced, we are able to genuinely nurture, love, and forgive ourselves and others, and to have a healthy sense of self-worth. We are better able to live in the present than be trapped in the painful memories of the past. We are generous but not to a fault; we have healthy emotional boundaries and balanced interpersonal relationships. We are in tune with our feelings and needs, and are willing to honour them as well as respect those of others. We are able to engage in and maintain loving, compassionate relationships with animals and the natural Kingdom. We feel secure in trusting ourselves and our decisions. We maintain a good level of cardiovascular health and equilibrium in our internal systems.
When a heart chakra is deficient, we may feel depressed, “heart heavy,” tend towards sadness and morose-ness and be trapped in grief or unwilling to let go of past painful experiences and memories. We may be emotionally wounded, oversensitive, and afraid to trust other people or be vulnerable. We may be resistant to developing loving relationships. We are miserly in a choices, feelings and behaviours, and have trouble feeling compassion or expressing kindness to other people and other forms of life. we feel emotionally cold and closed off, and frequently experienced congestive respiratory or heart illnesses, cancers and fatigue and make catch viruses more easily.
When a heart chakra is excessive, we desperately need to feel loved, accepted, and approved of by others in order to have some sense of self-worth. We are very vulnerable to gossip and criticism. We over-give in terms of time, help, charity, and emotional support, often in violation of our own emotional boundaries and to the neglect of our own feelings and needs. We always put other people, things, and obligations first. We feel acute emotional pain when witnessing, thinking, or hearing about harm to animals or the environment, to the point where we're experiencing more of our own pain than that of empathy. Our emotions are triggered very easily and we seek out confirmation from others, rather than trusting our own self. We are usually too trusting of others. We are prone to heart arrhythmias, heart attack, strokes, and asthma.

Using a crystal laser wand from her healing kit bag, she opens and balances his chakras; then she places a crystal on each chakra: On the heart chakra, she places a large Herkimer diamond crystal, to receive high-frequency energy into the body; squeezing it tightly to create piezoelectricity.
